All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and final design confirmation, if applicable.
- Processing Time: Most orders are prepared within 2–4 business days.
- Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Design Confirmation: If your order requires additional review or confirmation, processing time begins after the required details are confirmed.
Once your custom design is completed, your order is carefully prepared for shipment.
2. Production & Packaging
Each order is custom-made based on the information and design details you provide. To protect your order during shipping, we use secure packaging and careful handling.
- Products are printed using quality materials.
- Orders are packaged securely to help prevent damage during transit.
- Packaging is discreet, with no sensitive product details displayed on the outside.
3. Worldwide Shipping
GRADORA supports worldwide shipping. We commonly use express air courier services such as FedEx and DHL, depending on the destination country, courier availability, and shipping option selected at checkout.
Because FedEx and DHL shipments are typically handled by air courier networks, international delivery is usually faster and more trackable than standard postal delivery.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
Available shipping methods may vary by destination. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been completed, packaged, and handed over to the courier.
- Express International Shipping: Usually 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Standard International Shipping: Usually 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier availability.
- Remote Area Delivery: Delivery time may vary for remote locations, islands, or regions with limited courier coverage.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, local courier operations, holidays, weather, and address issues may affect delivery time.
5. FedEx & DHL Delivery
For many international orders, we use FedEx or DHL because they offer reliable air shipping, tracking updates, and faster delivery coverage across many countries.
- FedEx: Commonly used for express international shipments where available.
- DHL: Commonly used for fast worldwide delivery and strong international coverage.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided when available after your package is shipped.
The final courier may depend on your shipping destination and the most suitable service available at the time of dispatch.
