We do not create designs that are intended to imitate official government documents, professional licenses, identity documents, official seals, or other restricted materials.


6. Order Information and Customization

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted details before placing an order. GRADORA prepares custom designs based on the information provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled information submitted by the customer.

If an error is caused by our team, we will review the issue and may provide a correction when appropriate.

GRADORA may make minor design adjustments when necessary to improve layout, formatting, print quality, or compliance with our policies. These changes may include spacing, formatting, wording, layout balance, or design details.


7. Proofs, Revisions, and Customer Review

If a proof or preview is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval.

Once a design has been approved, additional changes may require extra processing time or revision fees.

If the customer submits incorrect information or requests changes after approval, additional fees may apply.


8. Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected product or service. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

GRADORA does not store full payment card details on its website.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to involve unauthorized payment use, mismatched billing information, suspected fraud, or other payment-related concerns.


9. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made and prepared according to the details provided by each customer, refunds are limited once the design or production process has started.

Unpaid orders may be canceled at any time. Paid orders may only be canceled before the custom design process has started.

If a customer requests cancellation after work has begun, a design or processing fee may apply.

Completed, approved, delivered, or shipped custom orders are generally non-refundable.
