Because our products are custom-made and prepared according to the details provided by each customer, refunds are generally only available under limited circumstances.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.
- Order Not Processed: If we are unable to process your custom design order within the promised timeframe.
- Order Cancellation: If you request a cancellation before we have started preparing your custom design.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:
- Once the custom design process has already started.
- If the order has been completed, approved, or delivered.
- If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer during checkout or order submission.
- If the customer changes their mind after the custom design has been prepared.
3. Custom Design Orders
Most of our products are personalized and created based on the information submitted by the customer. Because each order is custom-made, completed orders cannot be returned or restocked.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the situation. When appropriate, we may provide a correction, revision, or other reasonable solution.
4. Errors and Corrections
If there is an error caused by our team, we will provide a corrected version at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund review, please contact our support team at support@thegradora.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
