GRADORA started in 2016 as a home-based studio in Savannah, Georgia, founded by a graphic designer who wanted to create custom keepsake documents with the same care and craftsmanship as fine print work.What began as personal projects for friends and family grew, by word of mouth, into a small but dedicated business. Today, we serve customers across the United States and beyond—still small, still hands-on, and still focused on doing one thing well.We don’t have a public storefront. We’re a small, focused team that handles every order personally, from initial design to final shipping. Our mission is simple: to deliver custom display documents that are easy to personalize, beautifully presented, and crafted with attention to every detail. In 2026, we relaunched our platform to better serve our growing customer base.
Meet the Team Behind GRADORA
The idea for GRADORA came from a personal moment. When James’s sister lost her college diploma in a move, he spent weeks helping her track down a replacement. The official copy was functional, but it felt cold—a formal record, not a celebration of what she’d accomplished. So James started designing keepsake versions for friends and family, then for friends of friends. Word spread, and what began as favors became a small business. By 2018, GRADORA had grown into a dedicated studio focused on one thing: making beautifully crafted display keepsakes that families could be proud to hang on their walls. Today, James personally oversees every order, alongside a small team that shares his belief that typography, paper texture, and finishing details are what turn a printed document into a meaningful keepsake.

With 10+ years of experience in graphic design and print production, James founded GRADORA in 2016 to give customers carefully crafted, display-ready keepsakes—pieces that honor a moment without pretending to be something they’re not.

Based just outside Savannah’s Historic District, our home studio is where every keepsake is designed and finished. We handle all orders online and ship directly to customers across the country and beyond.
